We are a not-for-profit clinic dedicated to reducing the financial burden of cancer care. Our mission is to make integrative and complementary therapies more accessible, which is why we offer services at affordable and subsidized rates whenever possible.
Our services operate on a fee-for-service basis. Many of these therapies are eligible for reimbursement through private or employer-provided health insurance plans. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand what coverage is available, as coverage may vary from plan to plan. In some cases, you may also be able to claim service fees as medical expenses on your income tax return.
Payment is required at the time of your visit and we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit.
We understand that life with cancer can be unpredictable. That said, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to the following fees:
- • Standard appointments: $25
- • Appointments with Jin Wang: $45
- • IV therapy appointments: $25, plus the cost of any IV bag which is prepared in advance
We know emergencies happen, if this is the case, please let us know and we will may be able to waive the fee.

Download and complete our Subsidy Application Form (PDF). Send it, along with supporting documents, to ccnmclinics@ccnm.edu. If you’d like the subsidy applied to your first appointment, submit your application at least two weeks in advance.
