Living with cancer affects more than just your physical body, it can stir up feelings like fear, sadness, anxiety, anger, and uncertainty. Psychotherapy and counseling offer a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space to help explore these feelings and find support through the emotional and mental challenges of diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or loss.
Many of our patients find comfort in being able to speak freely about topics that may be difficult to share with family or friends, like grief, mortality, or redefining identity through illness. Our care also extends to caregivers and loved ones, who may benefit from their own therapeutic space to help find peace with their role and how to love and care for someone with cancer.
