Mind-Body Healing: Enhancing Wellness Through Mindfulness
When: Every Tuesday, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Where: Online via Zoom, instructor will be live
Research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can lead to measurable improvements in health outcomes, such as enhanced mood, reduced stress, better pain management, stronger immune function, and improved brain wave activity—key factors in physical health and recovery.
Our weekly, drop-in mindfulness sessions are professionally guided and designed to support your overall well-being. Through evidence-based practices, these sessions are designed to help reduce stress, foster emotional balance, and encourage physical healing. Each session blends meditation, guided imagery, creative visualization, deep relaxation, and affirmations to support mental clarity, reduced anxiety, and your body’s natural healing processes.
Held Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., these sessions offer a welcoming, supportive space to explore mindfulness practices that complement your traditional medical treatments, providing a more holistic approach to your health.
This program is led by Rachel Kampf, M.Ed., RP, Registered Psychotherapist, in partnership with Better Living Toronto. It is available free of charge to anyone living with the effects of cancer.
